Our story begins with the long-established Flawa AG, which for more than a century developed high-quality products in the field of health and first aid. This experience forms the foundation of flawa iQ.

With the official market launch in 2020, numerous companies chose flawa iQ. Through direct customer feedback, we continuously improved the system – from the optimised iQ portal to the Pro version with integrated emergency alerting.

Within Flawa AG, the vision was born to revolutionise workplace first aid with smart technology. After intensive development, the first prototype of the digital first aid system was realised – with a clear goal: more safety, less effort. Early pilot customers quickly confirmed: flawa iQ has the potential to fundamentally change workplace first aid.

With over 1,600 flawa iQ systems installed in Switzerland, our solution is the benchmark for digital first aid. At the same time, we expanded our occupational safety offering, introduced the MIDI case, and launched the optimised Generation 2.0.
With the spin-off from Flawa AG, flawa iQ became an independent company. Focus: targeted innovation, scaling, and building a strong partner network.
