Products & functions

What case sizes and variants are available?

chevron_down
  • MAXI – for large businesses & high security requirements

  • MIDI – for compact locations & smaller businesses

How does automatic inventory control work?

chevron_down

Every flawa iQ case is equipped with RFID technology and detects when a module has been removed or is approaching a critical expiry date. The system automatically reports this to the iQ portal so that missing and expiring materials can be reordered immediately.

Can flawa iQ be individually adapted to the needs of my business?

chevron_down

Yes! flawa iQ offers industry-specific fillings that are precisely tailored to the hazards in your business. You can also add individual modules to meet specific requirements.

How does the integrated alarm function work in the Pro version?

chevron_down

At the touch of a button in the case, in-house first responders are alerted via phone call, app or email and receive location information so they can respond quickly.

iQ Portal & Data Analysis

What is the iQ Portal and what functions does it offer?

chevron_down

The iQ Portal is a cloud-based platform that allows you to monitor the status of all first aid kits in your company in real time.

Features:

  • Live status of all kits at a glance
  • Automatic notifications about missing or soon-to-expire modules
  • Consumption analyses to identify accident patterns
  • Location management for companies with multiple buildings or locations

Can I also use the iQ Portal on my mobile device?

chevron_down

Yes! The iQ Portal is cloud-based and can be accessed from any internet-enabled device – whether at work, in your home office or on the go.

How does the iQ Portal help with accident prevention?

chevron_down

By analysing consumption data, safety officers can identify trends – e.g. frequent cuts on a particular machine or a cluster of injuries during a particular shift – and initiate targeted preventive measures.

Ordering & replenishment

How does the subsequent delivery of modules work?

chevron_down
  • Modules that have been removed are automatically delivered to the contact person listed for the case within 24–48 hours (Advanced & Pro).
  • For Basic cases, missing modules can simply be reordered manually via the iQ Portal. A reminder to check stock levels is sent to our Basic customers by email every six months.

Is there a minimum order quantity for subsequent deliveries?

chevron_down

No! flawa iQ delivers exactly what has been used – no unnecessary stockpiling or large orders required.

chevron_down
